Giovanni Lauriano back in court; this time for importing gun

Also in court, well known criminal figure, Giovanni Lauriano, also known as “Nose”, has been charged with customs offences for allegedly importing a gun.  The thirty two year old Lauriano has been in police custody since last week Thursday and today he was charged with one count of Knowingly Acquiring Possession of a Glock nine millimeter pistol which has been declared uncustomed goods.  The gun is valued at two thousand six hundred dollars, but the Customs imposed a treble value three times the original cost.  Lauriano was additional charged with Knowingly Dealing with Uncustomed Goods.  Lauriano was caught with the gun after he eluded police on a bus at the Novelo’s Bus Terminal.  When cops caught up with him, Lauriano was on Gibnut Street, and had already disposed of the weapon in an open lot.  Lauriano was represented in court by Attorney, Dickie Bradley and pleaded not guilty to both charges but Bradley raised issue over the charges, saying the charges are one and the same.  Giovanni Lauriano’s name has been called several times in the news.  Lauriano was also arraigned on Monday for Keeping Unlicensed Firearm and Ammunition without a Gun License, Aggravated Assault, Threatening Words and Resisting Lawful Arrest.  The Police Department reports that Lauriano is remanded at the Hattieville Prison and is to return to court on February twenty third, 2010.  Lauriano has also been additionally charged jointly with Ernie Miranda with Burglary for a separate report made on January ninth.

    this guy broke into my car…. we saw him.. took him to the police station .. and nothing came out of it.. talk about stripes.

    oh instead we were advised not to fool with him… he is dangerous.. and it is cheaper to go and replace your window than to get on his bad side… that was what we were advised when he broke into our car….

    don’t worry sher, like all other criminals they’ll get whats comming to them! everything changes in time, his time will catch up with him soon!!!
