Seleni Matus takes over the reins at the BTB

Seleni Matus

There’s a new boss at the Belize Tourism Board.  She is Seleni Matus.  Matus has worked as advisor for the Center for Environmental Leadership in Business Mesoamerican Reef Tourism Initiative and has managerial experience in ecotourism and sustainable development.  She holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Strategy and Governance from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom.  A release from the B.T.B. today states that Matus brings a wealth of experience to the tourism industry and that she will assume her post shortly.  Matus replaces Tracy Taegar Panton who was there for over a decade.
