An ex-Belize Defense Force soldier who was busted with an unlicensed nine millimeter gun and a magazine loaded with thirteen live rounds is tonight behind bars on remand. Police say that twenty-nine year-old Alton Roches of Jane Usher Boulevard was acting suspiciously around nine last Friday night, when he was spotted in a fully tinted two-door car as he headed to Neal’s Penn Road. Roches is now facing charges of Keeping an Unlicensed Firearm and Keeping Unlicensed Ammunition.

There are so many people caught with unlicensed gun but where are these gun coming from and how or where they bought them should be investigated. There are a tight screening at every borders but was not known if these guns could be coming from other places. Police should investigate the person and get information as to who else might have guns that are killing innocent people on the street. Especially when people like these are found in possession.
