Witnesses in attempted murder case absent from trial

Brandon Taylor
A jury of nine was selected and an Attempted Murder case against Brandon Taylor is set to begin in the Supreme Court. But today the two main witnesses were nowhere to be found and the prosecution is hoping that the public can help to avoid yet another nolle prosequi. Senior Crown Counsel Cecil Ramirez, who is representing the prosecution expressed concern that the case might fall through and says he hopes that this story will draw the attention of the missing witnesses, Ernie Gill and Carl Bradley. On April fourth, 2008 a gunman opened fire on a crowd of people, which included Gill and Bradley. Gill was not hurt, but Bradley was shot in the upper left arm. They are scheduled to testify on Thursday, but neither the police nor the prosecution has been able to locate them. Their testimonies are vital to the case so if you know where they, you’re asked to alert the authorities.
people need to stop being scared and stand up for themselves. thats the # 1 reason there’s alot of murders are free to kill. belizeans need a backbone and stop running away. talk!
As long as these looooooosers keep walking free because they intimidate witnesses, then no one in Belize will ever get justice. As a result if there is enough evidence to convict these clungs then they must be convicted.
if i were the witness i would come forth and speak because the crime rates are rising and alot of people are getting away with crime. we need to stand up
Belize has no witness protection service and these days witnesses are being assinated.
where are the witnesses suppose to hide before the trial, and where are they suppose to hide after the trial.
As much as we want those animals behind bars, one must chose wisely his faith.
