No license and alcohol: a perfect combination for an accident

Charles Roger
A Pickstock Street resident also found himself in court today facing five traffic offenses after he took a joyride on his motorcycle while he had been drinking and did not have a driver’s license. The fun didn’t last very long because, in his alleged intoxication, forty-one year old Charles Roger hit Dennis Wagner. This morning Roger was charged in the court of Magistrate Albert Hoare. He promptly pleaded guilty and was stripped of the possibility of holding a driver’s license for a year. The ride also cost Roger one thousand five hundred dollars which he must pay by March eighteen.
People like this makes me sick, this man should not be allowed to drive for the rest of his life, what a selfish act commited here.
that is why we need better protection and stricter laws from our traffic department who for some reason are lacking in the monitoring department.
