Senior citizen found guilty of molesting minors

At age seventy, the last place a man wants to be is behind bars. But that’s the possibility that Emmanuel Gabourel, also known as Dada, is facing after he was caught partially nude in his bedroom with two girls; the oldest being only four years old. The children’s father went to a nearby store and returned to find that his two youngest daughters were missing. He searched the entire neighborhood and when he reached Gabourel’s house, the elderly man denied knowing the girls’ whereabouts. The father’s search continued into the night and he made a second stop at Gabourel’s house where he heard the girls crying. The enraged father dashed into the house and found both his daughters and Gabourel partially nude inside the bedroom. The oldest of the girls, now five years old, testified in court that they were playing in the yard when Gabourel came by and called them. They innocently followed him to his house where the child says Gabourel removed their underwear and touched her inappropriately. Gabourel, however, denied that story and claimed that the father was inside his home stealing and made up the story about the molestation when he was caught. But Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer was not convinced and found Gabourel guilty of Aggravated Assault of an Indecent Nature. Frazer said she needs time to consider the penalty and deferred sentencing to next Friday. Gabourel was not represented during trial.

this is really disturbing to see the extend of child neglect from parents on the lookout for this kids and the insaneness of this old guy. really it’s disturbing when typical a old person is on belief of being a nice sweet tender person that might be a person of protective acts than this type of indecent act. grampa hope you regrate this and others watch it too. come on guys there’s alot of sketell around no need to harm this kids. i rather see this than a kid being molested.
WERE THE TINY GIRLS IN THE CARE OF AN ADULT WHILE THE FATHER WENT TO THE STORE? IT IS KNOWN OUTSIDE THE COUNTRY OF BELIZE THAT CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED TO RUN FREELY WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION. GIVING PERVERTS WITHIN FAMILIES OR OUTSIDE OF FAMILIES THE OPPERTUNTIY TO VIOLATE SMALL OR MONOR CHILDREN.
The father of these kids should also be charged! Were these minors left alone all this time at home!!! He is as guilty!!
All countries passed through developing stages. The U.S. was once a place where people shot each other down in the streets like animals in the days of the Wild West. And I don’t know of any place with more perverts than the U.S… the supposedly greatest country in the world. If the U.S. citizens of those days had run off to another country instead of laying down a foundation for future generations, people like GeeMike would have nowhere to run to today. Do what you can to help the place where your navel-string is buried instead of riding it to he ground. If its crime-ridden, guess who helped made it so. And Zoe it took hundreds of years for developed countries to reach the point where there were it was unacceptable for a father to leave 2 young kids unattended for a short while.
