Another woman tries to smuggle weed into the prison

It was no laughing matter at the courtroom of Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer, this morning when another woman appeared for smuggling weed into the Hattieville Prison. After spending the night at the lock-up nineteen year old Julianne Angela Vacarro was arraigned for Drug Trafficking. It is claimed that shortly after one o’clock Wednesday afternoon, Vacarro made a trip to the prison to visit her boyfriend, Leon Gray, who is on remand for murder. When a female prison officer on duty conducted a routine check on her, she allegedly found marijuana stashed in the waist of Vacarro’s jeans. She was escorted to the Hattieville police station and when the suspected cannabis was weighed, it amounted to one point nine-four ounces. Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer was very disturbed and annoyed with Vacarro since another woman was fined this week for the same offence. Frazer asked Vacarro what was her plea and she maintained her innocence claiming the weed was for her boyfriend. A six thousand dollar bail was offered to Vacarro which she met. Gray is one of the men on remand for the 2009 murder of Randy Coye. On Tuesday of this week, Andrea Jenkins, escaped a three year jail term and was fined ten thousand dollars when weed was found attached to her underwear which she attempted to smuggle to her imprisoned boyfriend.

give her the maximum sentence or the smuggling of drugs into the prison will continue….people will learned until they face the real weight of the law…i hope the judicial system do not continue soft on criminals…no leniency should occur because the criminals are aware of the consequences…make them face the music

Because Frazer decided to send home Jenkins for committing the same crime, Vacarro felt that she could do the same thing and get a pardon from Frazer as well.
It is only fair that Vacarro should get a fine and sent home as well, since Frazer has made it pretty clear to the public that it is ok to smuggle drugs into the prison system to murders.
In fact, I think that Frazer goal in life is to, to the greatest extent possible, avoid the underclass.
