Cayo police had their hands full on Sunday in the west. In addition to the murder on Sunday night, earlier in the morning two bodies were found in the district. Police have detained four men for questioning. They are: thirty four year old Victor Vargas, twenty three year old Selvin Coronado, twenty-seven year old Manuel Trejo and sixty year old Ramon Coronado, all of whom are laborers living in the Buena Vista Village. According to Assistant Commissioner of Police, Paul Wade, at ten-twenty a.m. officers visited the village, near Spanish Lookout where they found the two decapitated bodies of twenty-one year old Bairo Garcia and seventy-five year old Jose Orellana, both Guatemalan nationals.
Paul Wade, Assistant Commissioner of Police
“Police was called out to a farmhouse located approximately three miles out of the village of Buena Vista. Upon arriving, police saw two bodies partially decomposed and at the time were decapitated. On yesterday’s date, because of the condition of the bodies, a post mortem was conducted on the scene by the pathologist Dr. Estradabran. So far we have detained four persons that we are questioning in relation to incident. No one has been arrested and charged so far.”

“The bodies were male or female?”
Paul Wade
“The bodies are of two males identified as Byron Garcia, twenty-one years and José Orellano, seventy-five years. They are both Guatemalan nationals but living in the same village.”
Jose Sanchez
“Have they been reported missing for days before? Has anyone said anything about them?”
Paul Wade
“No, the body was discovered by a young man who took food for them. It seems that it was a routine that they took food because they live on the farm and it is a routine that they took food for them routinely. And so when that person went to take food on that day, it was then discovered that they were there.”
The two men were last seen alive by Jorge Garcia, the owner of the farm, on Friday. One of the men who has been detained was released from prison last week. If the name Victor Vargas sounds familiar it is because he was arrested and charged on May twenty seventh 2009, for the murder of Juan Carlos Velenzuela which also occurred in Buena Vista Village. Velenzuela’s body was decapitated and burned.

how comesthis murder victor vargas has been released last week. thoought they’ll jail him for good but see what happens with the law that doesn’t punish them accordingly. Jesus we need you help to open the blind eyes of the prime minister to realize the crime is not going down but is geting out of control.
