Thirteen year old pregnant for Trial Farm mason

There is a disturbing report about a minor from the Orange Walk District who, at the tender age of thirteen, is eight months pregnant. She claims that the father of her baby is a twenty-one year old mason, Miguel Miranda Junior of Trial Farm Village, who was today charged with two counts of Carnal Knowledge and one count of Grievous Harm. The child alleges that in the past eight months, she was intimate with Miranda on three occasions; the first was in September 2009 while she was at home alone with him. She says the second encounter was last October when Miranda followed her into the bathroom and had sex with her while her parents were busy working with the neighbors. The last and most disturbing incident was later that month while the minor headed to school. Miranda allegedly met her on the road and called her into the bushes where they again engaged in sexual intercourse before she continued on her way. The police are working along with the Social Services Department on the case and when they had the child tested earlier this week, the examining doctor noted injuries which were classified as grievous harm. Miranda has been remanded to the Central Prison until June twenty-second.
These things happened in Belize on a daily basis, there seem to be no one who really cares about the children of Belize. Belizean children are being raped, mothers selling their daughters, fathers raping their daughters, neighbors raping their neighbors daughters, teachers raping students and the list goes.
The court need to take these animals and make examples of them, don’t only send them to jail, castrate them first, only because my arms are not long enough to beat him. If castration still does not fix this animal we can remove his head with a sword.

damn , this is really crazy dude, she’s a little girl. damn so much woman out there couldn’t you find one. hope they charge you correctly now her life is changed and her parents should have intervene from the first time unless she never told them what was going. sorry for the girl but life will be different for you hope your famly will give that shoulder to carry on a young motherhood responsability.
This type of behaviour has been going on for years and it is about time the laws are changed to protect minors. I belive if stiffer fines or life inprisonment sentences should be implemented. Possibly with those in place these sick individuals might think twice. Personally I belive that castration should be administered for all those who interfere with children. It is sick and it makes me so angry that minors are not protected more.
It is sad but another approach would be to explain to these innocent children what can and cannot happen and encourage them to talk about it. Children should be allowed to enjoy their childhood and not be burdened with these but unfortunately there are too many sex offenders out there.

Well at least i see after all the comments there is no killing in the news today so that is showing some sort of sign that the big man are opening there eyes, and is hearing the public cry.
Ok the guy did some thing wrong to have sex with the 13 years old we all agree with that, But look at it now she pregnant what become of the child she is 13 can she work and maintain this child were will she get money to clothes this child. The Social Service can help with that, am sure that would not be enough wa she gets like 50 dollars a mths to survive come on. Now the guy goes to jail and if he does come out it difficult for him to get a job knowing he went ot jail and a lot of people will look at him different. what becomes of the child and the mother, here a problem starts all over again a single young mother and a child without a father

Now how can this child have sex THREE, times now it caranl knowlege, Damn child seems she knew what she was doing, and believe me it would have continue the same except that she realize she is pregant and cannot hide her sexual activites anymore, Dammit, something must be oem to educate this children as well.
As for the mother how come she did’nt notice anything, until now that the child is 8 mths pregnant, the mother should be charge as well, ….. Crazy world
