Mental patient shot
There was a third shooting in the Old Capital over the weekend; the victim was admitted to the surgical ward of the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. It occurred shortly after eight last Friday night and involved thirty-nine year old mental patient, Harrison Staine. Staine was en route to his home located on Wagner Street when a lone gunman approached and fired three shots at him on South Street. Staine was wounded to the back of the neck and left jaw. He was rushed to the KHMH and is now in stable condition. Police say they are perplexed as to who would shoot Staine and why.
That is just to show operation jaguar is know turning into a joke . Because still there presence is not respected in the street. People life is still going innocently.
That goes to show us that our laws are not being enforced. 10yrs for possessing a gun/ 15yrs for shooting a gun/ life if someone is hurt by a gun/ and death if someone dies by using a gun
