After found living with her boyfriend, mother says daughter was abducted

In the courts, twenty- year old Hector Fajardo, a farmer of Lucky Strike, was arraigned this morning on one count of abduction. The victim’s mother is alleging that between June fifteen and June twenty-first, Fajardo, abducted her sixteen year old daughter. In attempting to secure bail for Fajardo, attorney Dickie Bradley told the court that the facts in no way indicate that Fajardo had committed the offence. In fact, Bradley noted that the mother has indicated that her daughter packed her own clothing and left home. The court prosecutor agreed that the facts are vague since the mother’s allegations were made only after she visited the home of Fajardo and found that her daughter was living there for a week in June. Senior Magistrate Sharon Frazer noted that even if the facts are vague, it doesn’t cloud the legal aspect since the child is a minor and should remain in the care of her mother until the age of eighteen years. Notwithstanding, Fajardo was granted bail of five thousand dollars and his case was adjourned for July twenty-second.
Dickie do you have no shame representing these people who committ crime such as these for crying out loud this girl is sisteen and the boy twenty. Even if see packed her own clothing is is not yet 18yrs, if it was your daughter would you be please with this.

Further, a sixteen year old can say for herself if she was abducted by that man, or if her mother threw her to the dogs on her own.
only an insane woman would put her 16 year old daughter out on the streets of Belize and expect that her daughter will not encounter any problems. If she did put her daughter out of the house she should be beating in public, a lesson to all other mothers in Belize, it is a mother responsibility to take care of the child that she brought into this world no matter waht.
