Was a red Volkswagen Jetta used to lure teen to her death?
In respect of another murder, a red Volkswagen Jetta remains impounded at the Queen Street Police Station pending the outcome of an investigation into the murder of a former Pallotti student. The day before Neisa Pipersburgh’s disappearance last Wednesday, her mother, Alice Williams, recalled seeing a heavily tinted car driving slowly past her residence on the Faber’s Road Extension. According to Williams while she took mental note of the vehicle she thought nothing of it initially. It was not until her daughter went missing that she suspected the vehicle may have been used to lure her. The Jetta, which is under police watch at Eastern Division, bears a dealership license plate with the numbers 1337. A check of the license plate numbers today confirmed that the vehicle is registered to one of the men detained for questioning in Neisa’s murder. The body of the nineteen year old graduate was found on Saturday morning in the Faber’s Lagoon near Burton Canal on the Western Highway. An autopsy which was conducted at the scene of the discovery proved inconclusive; however, Williams says her daughter’s death certificate verifies that her neck was slashed with a pair of scissors that was found near the body. Neisa’s body was also stabbed multiple times and her head was covered with a black plastic bag. The persons that were questioned were later released and up until now no charges have been brought against anyone.
Like every other murdered Belizean, Neisa deserves a thorough investigation and determined prosecution. WHERE IS THE FORENSIC LAB?
Like every other murdered Belizean, Neisa deserves a thorough investigation and determined prosecution. WHERE IS THE FORENSIC LAB? Such objective, undeniable evidence is often more convincing than eyewitness testimony, and does not depend on frightened civilian witnesses coming to court.
And if police fail to come to court or have sudden “amnesia” they should be fired or even prosecuted. We need professional law enforcement, top to bottom.
I HOPE NEISA GETS THE JUSTICE SHE DESERVES!!!!!!!! SHE WAS A NICE AND HAPPY YOUNG LADY. THESE IDIOTS SHOULD BE HANGED

1. Graduated the week before.
2. Prom Night to follow the Saturday after.
3. Very strong-headed, sensible and single.
4. 19-year-old and tall girl in her prime.
5. Killed with a scissors, which adult still uses scissors!!??
…Some kid destroyed what they could not have, it seems.
C’mon, people! This is the 21st century and the Internet era! This was obviously done by somebody that knows her for quite some time… with motives. Why not review all those signatures on her graduation uniform (as is the custom of well-wishers), especially for last or odd entries indicating possession of her or strong desire. Check her cell phone log. There are only 2 ways in and out of Faber’s Road. Find a security camera facing the main street with that night still recorded and count the cars passing by that night. Clues are everywhere! Follow them!
Look like police will almost solve the puzzle hmm!! That red vehicle sounds fishy, I really believe from what i read the the owner of this car knows something!!
The person who did this to her is a TED BUNDY in Belize, but I hope to when caught I don’t hear of those lawyers jumping in to defend this jack ass. I will surely get mad,
That person is an evil person and don’t deserve any kind of symphaty!!!
Maybe the murder weapon (scissors) belongs to a barber?
