Parcel wasn’t heroin; weed worth $10,000 fine plus jail time

There were two drug trafficking cases before Magistrate Aretha Ford on Wednesday which resulted in one acquittal and one conviction. The first to appear was thirty-nine year old taxi driver, Moises Williams, who was accused of peddling heroin. On March nineteenth police were tipped off about firearms and drugs inside a taxi. Cops intercepted the vehicle on Mahogany Street and ordered Williams to exit. Under the driver’s seat, they found a black plastic bag containing the suspected heroin and detained him. When Williams appeared in court on Wednesday, the charge against him was withdrawn because tests revealed that the substance that was found was not heroine.
David Castillo
In the case of the second accused person, nineteen year old David Castillo Junior, the outcome was the opposite. Castillo was busted with a sack of weed in 2008 and since then he has been out on bail. But late Wednesday evening Castillo learned that he would be spending the next three years at the Central Prison and he will have to pay a fine of ten thousand dollars or serve an additional three years in jail. The bust, on February fifteenth 2008, yielded eleven pounds of marijuana after police on Fabers Road spotted Castillo, who ran into a house, which they searched. Castillo claimed that neither the house nor the weed were his.
They should also chage him for breaking into that house, as well as the weed he had with him.

By the way Early Grey since you talk Bible could I point out to you that Satan was an arch angel in heaven but when he caused too many problems in heaven he was cast out by God himself. Question: do you think these “roaches” are causing too many problems in our society and should they be cast out? I do not think because we are all God’s children is reason enough to alow this cancer to grow in our midst.

This is strange….have been told that heroin is sold on the streets, yet everytime they bust someone with a large amount of heroin it never turns out to be that substance….babylon want us to become a nation of smack addicts or something?
