Post mortem reveals graveyard murder victim was shot
Police are trying to decipher how twenty year old Randy Coye was shot dead at the Lord Ridge Cemetery last Friday without anyone hearing the gunshots. It was initially reported that Coye died after he was bludgeoned to the head with a tombstone. Coye was shot three times and a post mortem certified that it was a bullet to Coye’s heart that killed him. Today News Five returned to the scene and spoke with the residents of Pitter Street, just behind the graveyard. They confirmed they heard a man scream for help three times in the burial ground, but when they ran out in the darkness they could see nothing. These residents live about a hundred feet from the spot where the screams were heard. Could the killers have used something with which to muzzle the sound of the gunshots so no one could hear them ring out? It is a case that is very much open at the Crimes Investigations Branch. But what is also a huge concern to the residents is the absence of street lights in their area. The unkempt portion of the cemetery provides an enticing cover for criminal activity. Only last night one resident told News Five that a woman was attacked and almost robbed by someone who stalked her and pounced on her as she approached the overgrown and dark area. But that robbery was foiled when a passer-by shouted to the thief and he ran off. The frightened residents are appealing to the relevant authorities to address their concerns with urgency before another person is attacked.

It took five to kill one, they are cowards. When we were kids it did not take a gun or knife, all it took was our fist, Tablada with the MP and their big stick in the back of their Land Rover jeep.
Tell Mayor Moya to get that area cleaned up NOW!!!!!
