Ladyville police capture men with high caliber weapons
The Police Department has removed three more weapons off the street and it is believed the owners could have been on their way to commit a crime when they were busted. After eight on Monday night, two officers of the Ladyville Police Station intercepted a blue Crown Victoria taxi. Several men were inside and upon a search, the officers found two high caliber handguns on two of the men. Perched between the seats was a high powered rifle believed to be of Guatemalan origin. The men were reported to be in black fatigues that resemble a police uniform. The Crown Victoria is impounded at the Ladyville Police Formation and the men were consequently taken into custody in Belize City for questioning. No charges or any mention of the incident has been revealed on the daily police report.
Are these imitation cops who didn’t get the uniform right? Who are these men & what were they doing with the weapons?
