Woman drowns in well in Corozal
A woman reportedly drowned in a well this afternoon in Libertad Village, Corozal. The woman, twenty eight year old Rosella Romero reportedly fell in the well in her yard at around one o’clock this afternoon. She had gone to fetch water there after the pipe stopped functioning. We were told that Rosella was mentally challenged.
