Duets is your regular Tuesday night sizzler
The predicted rains of Tropical Storm Karl did not deter the loyal and faithful supporters of Duets. They packed the auditorium for the first round of semi-finals when the show got underway Tuesday night at the Bliss Centre. Six duos from the former two groups joined up for the first time and electrified the Bliss stage. The presentations started with a fusion of cultures, sprinkled with patriotic flare and ended with a localized remix of Jay Z and Alicia’s Keys’ Empire’s State of Mind. All eyes were glued to the talent on stage throughout the evening and according to the panel of judges, the contenders are worthy of advancing to another round to fill their dreams of becoming a star. They warned however, that the public will decide. Here’s a recap of Tuesday night’s talent.
{Highlights from the performances…}
Remember that to stay in the race, your favourite couple needs your vote so hurry and text their number to 3838 at Smart. It’s down to the final rounds so every vote counts.

i’ve been watching duets from the first season but this season it’s kinda hard to guess the winner, my point of picking would be first the guys from camalote ( shaggy style ), second the city guys that do some nice acrobatic flips and third place will be fight by the shake and bake ( o.w ) & the benque duo ( rapper and the sweet singer lucille ) well lets see who wins but good luck to all, keep voting people.
Hey duets is d best thing ever happen to belize! I have one problem; when will show 9 be place on the website so I can view it.
This is for Anne Marie: Synchronicity is the experience of two or more events that are apparently causally unrelated occurring together in a meaningful manner. To count as synchronicity, the events should be unlikely to occur together by chance.
Synchronization is timekeeping which requires the coordination of events to operate a system in unison.
Stop playing like you know what is happening Anne Marie, what kind of judges do you have in “DUETS” that don’t know anything about Acting, Dancing or Music.
What a joke.
well..for me the best is Eminem
Sorry guys, Lucille can’t sing. Her brother is a good rapper. These judges fail to be objective. I think the real talent in the crowd are the Belmopan and Camalote duo.
shake an bake rocks……..but lucille ur hot babz…in my book….
