Four persons busted for marijuana, but who do the cops really want?

Shortly after the murder on Wednesday of Be-john Martinez which took place off a feeder road near Haulover Bridge, police searched a house at the corner of Amara and Dean Streets where they detained four persons for a small amount of marijuana.

The four: Kareem Smith, his siblings Patrick and Ashanti Flowers, along with a friend Brandon James were today charged jointly with one count of drug trafficking.

This morning before Magistrate Dorothy Flowers, Patrick pleaded guilty to possession of the drugs and not guilty to drug trafficking while the other three defendants pleaded not guilty to drug trafficking.

Bail was offered and met but freedom was brief for Smith who was detained since police believe he may be linked to the murder of Martinez.
Which one if the Smith was detained?

Good move Patrick, agree to possession, let your brother & friends go home & you’ll probably walk on murder. We need to hire some street criminals to give the DPP some pointers.

I do not know what to say but the guy Kareem Smith just got off a robbery where he was charged along with Bejohn Martinez and that time his name was Kareem Flowers. Patrick Smith was last two years charged for having an AK-47 in his house and that time his name was Patrick Flowers. Common Officers this guys got charged under wrong name now. Common officers it not only about going around and charging people but this guys will definetly get off when they show their ID cards and their names are different. Their real names are Flowers.
Police officers who arrested these people fail again. Less than a month ago Kareem Smith was acquitted along with Bejohn Martinez of a robbery charge. Kareem name was then Kareem Flowers. About two years ago Patrick Smith was charged for having an Ak-47 in his possession and then his name was Patrick Flowers.
The criminals taking the policemen for clowns. Making complete a**es of them. Come on, it wasn’t even a yr ago these guys were arrested n had different last names. Nobody in the police department noticed this?
