No arrests for recent murders
While Belmopan police have made no arrests in the murder of forty-two year old Francisco Villanueva, they are following a lead that might answer some very critical questions. Villanueva had reportedly gone to his farm on the Roaring River Road in the Cayo District early last Friday morning along with family friend, Ramon Quijada, when he was killed. Quijada told News Five that while at his farm, he heard three gunshots in the direction of Villanueva’s farm. When Villanueva didn’t show up half an hour later, Quijada called out for him, but there was no response. He said he returned to their Las Flores home and told the family that he heard the gunshots and could not locate Villanueva. When police reached the farm they discovered that Villanueva had not only been shot, but also set on fire. Police are trying to figure out how Villanueva’s killer or killers had time to not only kill him, but burn his body before he was discovered missing. The murder weapon has not been found. Meanwhile, in connection with the murder of Francisco Galeas, whose body was discovered on a dirt road in Red Bank Village last Friday, there are still no suspects at this time.

Again, word on the street is that Mr. Villanueva had done people wrong…even way back in El Salvador. Seems to me he ran the luck of the trio involved in the ScotiaBank heist in Spanish Lookout who got shot in Honduras.
I have no pitty for criminals…
No arrest – yet again, the Keystone Cops haven’t a clue!
