Safiyyah with the Post Hurricane Party Plans

Get your costumes ready and prepare to be spooked because we’re heading into the Halloween weekend. There are costume parties happening countrywide for both youngsters and adults, which means there are prizes to be won if you’re scary enough. Safiyyah has the Halloween rundown.

Hey I’m Safiyyah and this is your Halloween Weekend line up…

Tonight UWI will be having a Halloween fun night for their students.  There will be games and Karaoke for all to enjoy. The fun will run from 6pm up until 10pm.

Tomorrow night there is an endless line up of activities that you can enjoy all over the country. Let’s start in Belmopan where the Rotoract club will be having a Halloween party for the kiddies titled ‘A Walk in Pumpkin Patch’. There will be games as well as food and drinks for you and your Kids to enjoy.

Also happening out west for the Kiddies, the Santa Elena Jaguar Scouts will be having their Halloween Party at the Aguada Restaurant and Bar. This party will have treats such as pastries food, drinks and games. This will all begin at 6:30. If you can, head over there and help support the scouts.

Another event to look out for is the Sacred Heart College’s Halloween Bash. This Halloween Fair will feature games, Music and food. There will even be a talent show where students can win cash prizes. A dance will follow all the festivities. This will all be going down right there on the school campus starting at 6pm.

And the final party out west will be the first party stop of the Stressfree tour. This will be going down at the Storks Club in San Ignacio. This will be an All Black Halloween Party featuring Continental cat, Lindy D, and Federation 501 Sound.

Down south in Placencia, their hotspot club Eclipse will be having their very own Halloween Bash. This party will feature the music of Presidential Sounds; Fada Smith and DJ Robin. There will be lots of giveaways.

And up north in OW there will a huge Halloween extravaganza going down inside Hi5 Night Club. This will not only be a Halloween party but also a birthday bash for Sugar City’s local celebrity Gabriel Magic. So pull out your psychedelic costumes and check it out.

Here in the city you can check out the Monster Halloween Bash going down at the Riverside Tavern. This is the party where 98% of the guest all shows up in costumes. There will be prizes in 5 categories including Most Original, Scariest, Sexiest, Funniest and Best Couples costumes. They will be giving away specialty shots all night. Tagg International and Cloud Nine will be spinning the tunes all night.

Another party jumping off here in the city will be happening at the Thirsty Thursday. Their Halloween Extravaganza will have prizes for the Best Costumes and also free giveaways.

Then there’s the Old School Halloween Party happening inside the Tropicana Lounge. This spooky Old School Bash will have music provided by Stone Jam, Dignitariz, and Belizean Movements. They will be giving away free drinks to the first 50 males and first 50 females to enter the spot. They are promising maximum security and lots of giveaways.

If you wanna party your Halloween weekend Latino style here in the city you can head over to Club Underground where they will be having a party, they call ‘The Scariest Party in Town’. They will again be giving away prizes for the best costumes. Music will be provided by Belize’s number one Latin Dj Super Mario.

The final party I wanna give you advance notice about it the Teen Hype Party going down. This will be taking place at the Princess Hotel and Casino’s Queen’s Room. There are calling out all high school students to go out and enjoy the fun. There will be lots of DJs in attendance including Mister Hype, Dynasty, Selecta Orson and Encore sounds.
