Olympic Games to air on Channel 5

In programming news on Channel Five, the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Beijing will be aired live on this station at five-thirty tomorrow morning. Channel Five will be carrying the feed from the Caribbean Media Corporation which will be following our regional athletes as they perform in Beijing for the duration of the games beginning tomorrow through August twenty-fourth when the games conclude. A prime time package will be aired each night during this period featuring the best of the region’s athletes at eight pm.
