We need street patrols. have the transport departments do there jobs and stop sitting in their offices. honestly for this past year we have the worst polices, health care and transport department. every day soemone life is taken away. every one have to come together and help. we know transport wins on commission so why not start charging fast driving?

Right on cindy. Transport officers shoulda work overtime giving tickets to fast drivers and people that drive vehicles that are not roadworthy….some have no signal lights, poor headlights, bad tires, one headlight….more tickets, more money. Come on!!!

So, where are the parents who have their kids wondering the streets? Did they teach them not to play in the streets? I have two nieces and from kids their parents, myself and their grandparents gave them safety classes about crossing the street et al…we need to be more responsible as parents and stop blaming every damn thing, that’s all we do in Belize is blame blame blame, no one wants to take responsibility, especially parents.
