A thirty-four year old private tutor will now pay the price for getting too close to a ten year old student in April of this year. Andrew Lord was found guilty late Friday evening of Aggravated Assault of an Indecent Nature but he was spared jail time today when Chief Magistrate Margaret Gabb McKenzie fined him one thousand, five hundred dollars. The fine is to be paid by January fifteenth 2011 or in default he will serve an eighteen month sentence. Lord’s conviction came after the victim, now eleven years old, took the stand in court and relived the encounter. She says that on April eighth, she was alone with Lord during a tutoring session when he touched her inappropriately. In his defense, Lord denied the allegations and said the story was fabricated because of an incident of over a decade ago, when he rejected affectionate advances made by the child’s mother. But the Chief Magistrate did not believe that the mother would wait all these years to come up with such a story. Lord has been a tutor since 2004, but since the report was made against him, he has not been allowed to take on any students.

This fat bastard should get jail time, instead of such a small fine. These monsters preys on young children, and every time they get off with a minor fine, while that child goes on to live his or life, a life defined by the vileness of a monster. He is mentally unstable, a threat to any child and woman, send him to a mental institution for the rest of his life, or better yet, chop his blood hands off.
As a male counselor and tutor, I always indicate to my clients that I am either video taping or recording (audio) the session. I am not saying that he did not touch the little girl, but the mere fact that he is a man with a not-relative minor is grounds for speculation. He should have protected himself.
He will now need to pay $1,500.00 and has now lost one of his means of income.

I hope he is banned for life as once a pedophile always a pedophile. We also need to keep an eye on the whereabouts of these guys. I hope he is not allowed to continue teaching other kids as all kids are at risk from him.
