Anthony “King” Major condition deteriorates

On Monday night, Anthony “King” Major spoke to News Five from his hospital bed. Major was gunned down last Friday night in the vicinity of Hyde’s Lane. He told us he was approached by two men and one of them handed the other a gun. After he was told he had no business in the area, he was shot in the chest. The gunshot left him paralyzed and when we spoke to him Major was calm and resigned himself to life in a wheelchair. Late this evening, Major’s condition deteriorated and according to our sources, he was undergoing emergency treatment for a collapsed lung. Police say they know who was the shooter based on eyewitness accounts and what Major’s report.
