2 persons shot near Cumberbatch Field
MARK VERNON
Gunmen held their fire for a few days, but late this evening, two Belize City men were injured in a shooting incident near the Wilton Cumberbatch Field on Caesar Ridge Road. Mark Vernon along with several other young men were playing basketball on a court nearby when an unknown assailant ran through the adjacent football field and open fire on them. Vernon was hit in the leg while another unidentified man who was also on the court at the time was grazed by the bullet. The incident took place across from the residence of Andre Trapp who was gunned down in front of the Supreme Court building earlier this year. Both Vernon and the young man were transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where they are receiving treatment. In October of 2009, Vernon was acquitted of the murder of Curlin ‘Cluck Cluck’ Felix which occurred in 2007.

IMAGINE HOW PRODUCTIVE HE COULD BE ………..waking up early every morning and spending the day in the fields growing stuff to feed himself and some of society.

NO THIS MARK VERNON IS NOT A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR THE TOLEDO FARM BWAY LOOK LIKE HE EATS EVERYTHING. HE WOULD RUN THE FARM BROKE
Well you live by the gun and you die by the gun. I have no compassion for people who perpetrate crime on others. I figure he had this one coming.
