In Spanish Lookout the dairy industry continues to flourish. Western Dairies produces a range of products such as milk, cheese and ice cream. I visited with them for a firsthand look at how that company developed over the years.

Great job…Spanish Lookout is a very productive community. We should send some of our community leaders to live in Spanish lookout for a month or so in an effort that they could get some ideas to take back to their communities and secure funding so that our Belizeans can venture out to their agricultural practices.
