Shot 27 times in prison and no one responsible for death of T-Dogg

Mark "T-Dogg" Stuart

A coronary inquiry into the death of Mark “T-Dog” Stuart, concluded today and after two hours of deliberation the jury could find no one responsible for the killing. The stunning decision comes seven years after Stuart was shot twenty-seven times at close range by prison officers on August twentieth, 2003. The inquiry didn’t start until September twenty-fourth, 2008 and a host of witnesses were lined up to testify. Many of them never made it to the stand, but testimonies were heard from the then chief of security, Herman Blease; prison officer, Valentine Tablada and investigating officer Christopher Noble. Three inmates also testified; Sean Hertular, Salva Carballo and Keith Sambula, who was killed in January of this year. At the time of his death, Stuart was in prison for the murder of Dean Belisle, who was gunned down on July fourteenth, 2003. Stuart spent a month in a section called “isolar”, which is now the Super Max. According to his girlfriend, Shawn Godoy, he had no visitation rights or phone calls and a week before he was killed, he begged the authorities to let her visit him. Godoy says the living conditions were deplorable and they felt that his rights were being violated.

This is the Casildo Family in the United States, we are asking and wondering why there was no justice for Jr. Hilberto Casildo of the brutal Hativille Prison Massacre. What happened? So a man can be totally brutalized and killed in Belize and there will be NO JUSTICE? There should be no law then! Mother Peterona Casildo is sincerely worrying about her children, the last two left, that keep getting harassed and tormented by the police of Belize that was supposed to be there to protect the Belize citizens and visitors. Justice must be served one way or the other, it seems as though no body wants to look into this matter. This is important because it is a growing problem that is affecting the community and the younger generation. It is easier for people to turn their heads the other way, but, if this were to happen to others they would want justice as well. So can we have some peace of mind as well and know what really happened to Jr. Hilberto Casildo A.K.A Mark T-Dog Stewart. The Casildo Family has been waiting for some type of answer in the U.S as well as in Belize for some time now. Please consider this matter and publish this. Please if you can we are waiting for answers on this horrible death/ tragedy ,help a mother find peace. The police looked as if they tried to cover their trail, they killed Gregory James Casildo who was the eye witness of what happened to his older brother, he witnessed his brother get shot to death with handcuffs on. Please reply if anything if you can publish or not

Don’t do the crime if you don’t want to do the time. Prison shouldn’t be a comfortable place for a murderer, it should be hell on earth. I don’t feel no sympathy for the way a murderer’s living condition is kept. You live by the gun you gonna die by the gun, true statement!

  9. islander says:

And no where in this report does the media mention that Mark Stuart was a scumbag murderer….I guess that is what we have come to expect from the media nowadays…

  11. 4mlbs says:

Does t-dog family know how gruesome his murders were, let me tell you, while his cellmate was sleeping he threw a pillow on his face held him down, stabbed him a couple times on his throat, pulled him off his bed, took his pants down, raped him mind you his cellmate was still alive but weak,he then cut one of his cellmate arm with a sawblade he had stashed and when he got to the bone he yanked and broke the bone and threw the arm in the middle of the prison yard…..can anyone tell me about his other murders that he committed? And his family are looking for justice seriously now seriously…..nuff said.

  15. BENKE says:

Guys LET GOD BE OUR JUDGE ITS NOT NICE TO SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS. LETS JUST GIVE PEACE A CHANCE THE MAN ALREADY DIED AND WHAT HE HAD DONE IN HIS PASS IS NONE OF OUR BUSINESS, BECAUSE THE BIBLE SAY’S PROVERSB” A DEAD MAN IS BETTER OFF THAN A MAN TRYING TO SURVIVE ON THIS EARTH SO LETS MAKE PEACE AS WE HAVE EACH OTHER..

  16. BZNinCALI says:

Belizeanpride, we don’t want the thugs here either.

Let’s get real, all of us want to make it to heaven, none of us want to be at the front of the line. Helping a thug keep his date with St. Peter before he sends more people to an early grave is a form of community service. Until we learn basic human emotions like the ability to feel empathy for others, we cannot ask others to feel our pain. How many of you have done anything other make up bogus reasons why your relative was not at fault? Peterona, you lost a relative, did anyone in your family send a sympathy card, a letter of apology or express even the slightest concern for the victim’s family or did death not seem real until your brothers were the victims? Blood is thicker than water but if we, the adults, the mothers, fathers & siblings do not step up, demand & expect more of our children & this generation the bloodshed will not stop

  17. MADDYVANDIJK/DEREALIST says:

Hat off to the shooter, perhaps the GOB should hired this brave soldier or messenger of GOD to rid Belize of all of the other rejects of that society in the same harsh manner.
    I see hope for Belize.
