A warehouse keeper won’t make it on Santa’s list this Christmas; instead he’ll be behind bars for an alleged sexual offense. Everal Tablada, showed up with his bags packed and ready to go to Hattieville because he figured that he could not be granted bail on a charge of Carnal Knowledge. The alleged victim is a thirteen year old girl, who claims that she met the thirty-two year old Neal’s Pen Road resident on December fourth at the BTL Park. She says Tablada invited her to his apartment where they sexual relations and she spent the night. When the minor arrived home in the wee hours of the following morning, her mother questioned her about her whereabouts and she told her the story. In his defense, Tablada says the child claimed to be sixteen years old. But no plea was taken and bail was not an option since he is facing an indictable offense. Tablada was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until January twenty-eighth, 2011.
Poor thing the 13 year old tricked him & took advantage of him. Hiding behind his belief that she claimed to be 16 is lame. At 32, what does he really have in common with a teenager? Like all pedophiles, he was looking for a youngster to screw over. I can pick on his crossed eyed & assume he has vision problems but I won’t, I just hope the fellows at Kolbe view him as fresh meat & straight from the house, the way he views little girls & treat him accordingly.
Mama, I appreciate your speaking up but at some point our community has to address the message we are sending to our daughters. Last week, a 15 year old was sleeping out, this week it is a 13 year old & if we know about two, others exist. It is tough enough to survive in the city with all the craziness going on, why are our children being given this kind of freedom & allowed to roam the streets like stray dogs in heat?.
The mother should be arrested as well, with all the crimes and rape happening in Belize she waited till the wee hours to know the whereabouts of her daughter. Some parents are incapable of learning; sadly their children will suffer by the hands of their predators. Don’t send this animal to jail, shoot him in the head.

take a village to raise a child remember that. Look at all these pawns in
the music industries, they use to sell or indoctrinate you with their fantasies. Let
us open our eyes and see this madness, and stop act like we don’t know what time it
is people! Or something massive going to happen that will wake us up,foul energies will
get clean up,regardless a who, this is outta love for that land where i was born, and the

Girls and boys now a days have less and less of an innocent childhood. But most of the times it is the parents who set the example. We allow children to wear make up by the age of ten. We allow them to dress up like women instead of children and most of the times the parents allow this type of behavior to happen. Children do not know better and want to FOLLOW THE WHAT ADULTS DO. We sometimes choose to have children but still want to behave as if we were single and without commitments. Tablada may like them young …way too young and that is sick..but this child should have known better and said..no..i do not talk to strangers and especially older men…so who is to blame for that the child or the parent???
Tablada should have used better judgement and he did not so he should be punished for his offence. Whether she was 13 or 16 he knew she could have been a gail bait. I think the court should weight everything in its judgement. In his defence the girl knew what she was doing because she was very comfortable doing what she did. She was not held against her will and chose to spend the night. I am sure this was not her first time at this game. If this was a child that was not ‘wise to the world’, forced and held against her will I would say throw the book at the SOB. This should be an expensive lesson for all parties.
The court should punish her and her parent(s) also.
This minor is a victim of negligence ( firstly), a common case in Belize, really.
Dysfunctional homes causes minors to look elsewhere for attention, with predators prying on the vulnerable like Tablada the chances of these kids having a bright future to look forward is pretty slim.
Where was the mother?
they catch you dogg! they say in spanish “el que duerme con chamacos amanece cagado” and this is what really happens to these fools who tend to screw around with kids and end up F%$#ed up later in jail. also the parents should be charged also for having these kids life at risk. how the hell will i sleep peacefully when i know my 13 yr old daughter is on the streets. what kind of parents are they? jeez, this is really a shame and need to be corrected. Please make the law implement a rule that says any parents caught in this situation will be dealt accordingly to the case.
Coral Black, Oscar965 & CEO. @ Coral, the images & song lyrics are often disrespectful to women & as a parent it is my job to make sure my daughters know that they are not B’s & H’s. I expect them to behave accordingly & the same way our mothers never allowed us to walk the streets alone at night & for the same reasons that exists today with the exception of flying bullets, we owe that same level of protection to our children.
Oscar965, we have all known children who had parents none of us would wish on anyone but we as a society owe it to our children to protect them from themselves & predators. Predators will use what they feel will work regardless of what a child wears or looks like. I don’t think you realize how immoral some of our men are & it puts us at a disadvantage when our children cannot trust the adults around them.
CEO, if another adult sexually abused this child before, he too should be prosecuted, we cannot make exceptions for the pure. We have to get rid of the no hair to gray hair mentality. It pisses me off that as a society we expect children to fend off adults,
There is a sickness among Belize men, as a woman it makes me so sick the way they look at you. One man lived around the corner from my brothers house where I was staying and he had a wife and still looking for another woman. I was outside one day, and this man that I did not know, do not care to know, had the nerve to stop and wanted me to know he was only with this woman because he did not have a place to go. Then he asked if he could give me a hug, I can’t write here what I told him. This is how many Belize men operate. This is what some of these men do, they talk to these little girls who are looking for someone to show them some love, and they confuse sex with love. I say charge the parents with neglect.
