Big Tom, not dead, and charged for murder in USA

A notorious figure in the criminal underworld has just resurfaced from the dead. It was reported by family members that Kenneth ‘Big Tom’ Flowers, was murdered in the United States. They said they received ‘word’ but they did not receive proof and his body was never found. Nonetheless, Flowers had been implicated in criminal acts before he absconded for the USA so the media recorded his family’s announcement of his passing. Well it turns out that Big Tom is not only alive but he has also got himself into a lot of trouble in the States. According to reports, Big Tom is accused of committing murder in a drug deal gone bad. Thirty-three years old Big Tom was charged on Tuesday in third District Court with murder, and possession of a firearm. Police found Flowers on Saturday outside an apartment at where forty-five years old Cisco Montanez of Herriman, was lying face-down, dead from a point twenty-two caliber gunshot wound to the chest. Flowers told police Cross pulled up his shirt and displayed a gun as two people entered the apartment. He claimed he fired in self-defense because he believed Cross “had set him up and the people were going to kill him,” according to a police report. Witnesses told police that Cross was holding nothing but a bottle of alcohol. Big Tom told the cops that he had “been smoking a lot of crack” in the day leading up to incident. Big Tom is being held in the Salt Lake County Jail on one million dollars bail. And according to the charges, Flowers had been deported to Belize twice. This time around he may stay for life in prison.
Too bad Belizean justice failed in this case, as in so, so many others, and another person had to die. But I have more confidence in American law enforcement, and we can all be thankful the States will do the job that Belize failed at, locking up a criminal and protecting the public. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
I believe Utah has the death penalty, unfortunately it does not sound like they will apply it in this case. I am almost grateful he broke the law here because he obviously tried the same strategy the criminals use back home & admitted to a lesser felony to try to beat a murder charge. I hope Utah does what the Belizean court has been unable to do. The Aryan Brotherhood is waiting for him & they are more vicious than the girls at Kolbe.

His sorry-@$$ family always knew that their criminal son or brother was alive and hiding out in the states, and then they came up with a tale of murder just to keep the heat off his @$$ in Belize or they obviously believed that faking “BIG TOM’” death warrants more attention than a cabinet full of political criminals in Belize.
The Americans got him now, for life. I am assuming that “BIG TOM” family is now wishing that the crack-head was really dead so he can avoid spending the rest of his life lock-up abroad.

Big Tom will be back in Belize and a few years. America will not do us any favors and wearhouse our criminal. So he will be in Belize kiling people again soon.
The great state of Utah used the death penalty by firing squad recently, something that had not been done in decades in any other state….in other words UTAH doesn’t !@#$ around and they will get the job done… Hope he gets life in prison though, in that way the Aryan’s can have at him, yup there aren’t that many black or hispanic gang’s he can join in Utah’s jails so he is gonna get whats coming to him.
Why waste time on a story like this! I would rather read a nice xmas story. May this guy reap what he has sowed!!!! Period!! Case Closed!!!
A firing squad use to demolish the animals seem like a pretty fair deal to me, but since the majority of the people would “NEE” this option due to their sacred morals I have no problem replacing the firing squad with lethal injection.

Sorry Big Tom but there is no Dickie in Utah that is going to get you off this case.Furthermore you’re not going to have the preveledge on intimidating any of the witnesses.Every day the bucket goe’s to the well one day the bottom a drop out and the bottom of your bucket has dropped out.

CEO, Utah juries are tough, I think BPD should send his file to them if they can find it & give them a little incentive to seek the death penalty. Since they know that he had to be deported twice, they are less likely to waste the plane fare & risk his return.
