13 year old girl among 4 persons arrested for weed
Four persons were taken into police custody on Thursday night after a police search led to the discovery of almost a quarter pound of suspected cannabis at a house on Neal’s Pen Road. What caught our attention in this story is that one of the persons arrested and charged is a thirteen year girl. She was detained along with thirty-eight year old Frederick Dougal, thirty-nine year old Michelle Young and thirty-six year old Patrick Flowers. All four were present during the search, so when the cops found a black plastic bag containing the drug, they were informed of the offence and arrested.
WHAT IS A 13 year old baby doing with cannabis?Where are the parents of this child to ensure that this little girl does not get into trouble ? It seems Belize is only getting worst and there is almost nothing we can do about it .
Are any of the adults her parents or guardian? If not why was she there & where are her parents? Why were the adults not charged for contributing to the delinquency of a minor?
I hope Social Services is paying attention.
Will let me think the thirteen was there with these people selling drug. I think that would be wrong to charge a minor with this kind of offence. Let say she was there because one of those person invite her over with them let this minor go home to her parent. And just lay the charge on the adults.
whats wrong with u people legalize it america its about to the tourist will stop coming to belize
get educated about good herb not heroine or coke
HA HA what a joke.. Charging a minor for something that she had NO control over. Belize Police need to smarten up..
First question we need to ask is why was the child at the home? Does she live there? was she visiting? This doesn’t mean the child was involve. She has no control of what is going on at that house. I personally don’t see the point in arresting the child.
