New Year wishes from Belize City residents
It’s New Year ’s Eve and in Belize City many are preparing to say goodbye to the economic woes of the past year. We took to the streets to find out what’s the number one wish for the coming year. After a year of unparalleled crime, many residents want peace in the Jewel and hope for a better economic year. Others simply sent their love to family members living at home and abroad. Here is a sample of some of the wishes for a Happy New Year.

We have had some lively debate about various topics and have learnt things from a different perspective other than my own. At the end of the day we all have one common goal and that is the best for our beloved country Belize.
