Trial into accused murderer of Dorla Pitterson underway

After almost two years in prison, the murder trial against thirty-three year old Orlando Wade has finally surfaced in the Supreme Court. A jury of eight women and four men was selected on Monday afternoon and today prosecutor Yohhahnseh Cave called three witnesses; the Forensic Analyst, a Scenes of Crime officer and the Investigating Officer. The case continues on Wednesday and Pathologist, Dr. Mario Estradabran is among the witnesses set to testify before the prosecution case closes. Wade is accused of killing Dorla Pitterson, whose body was found partially nude in an abandoned well behind Sylvia’s Cool Spot in Sandhill. Pitterson was hit in the head with a blunt object and strangled. It was suspected that she was sexually assaulted. She was last seen alive in Wade’s company at around nine-thirty p.m. on June twenty-third. Residents say they heard her screams coming from the area behind the bar, where she was found the following day.
If convicted, HANG HIM.
I can only hope that DPP is successful. Our young men have to learn to deal with rejection.
