Man charged with attempted murder and rape attacks victim again
A couple in Punta Gorda was attacked on Sunday night and tonight Jesus Bol is hospitalized at the K.H.M.H. with chop wounds on his hand and minor injuries on his head. His common-law-wife Darlene Coleman, has charges of Attempted Murder and Rape pending in the Supreme Court against Tito Martinez, who is also known as Pleck and who is believed to have ambushed them. Coleman is still shaken by the incident and didn’t wish to appear on camera, but she told News Five this evening that she believes Martinez is trying to get rid of her so she can’t testify against him. She told us what happened on Sunday night.

Punta Gorda Police have not yet gotten a statement from Bol because he was transferred to Belize City, for medical treatment. Meanwhile, Martinez remains on the run.
Why the hell didn’t they keep this SOB in jail so he couldn’t come out and do this. Isn’t it always the case that they go and threaten the victim so they don’t testify, yet these @$$hole magistrate let these demons out to finish off their victims. Are you people paying attention! wake up and keep criminials behind bars, I hope that they arrest this son of a jackel and keep him without bail due to his murderous intent.
I hope the courts won’t be swayed by BS & allow this man bail again, after he is rearrested.
The possibility of witness intimidation has to be addressed prior to bail & now that we know that he is capable of witness elimination, there is no reason for him to see the outside world again unless he is wearing handcuffs & shackles.
let me guess? he got bail?….i guess it pays more to be a criminal in this damn country
Once again, if law abiding citizens where allowed to protect themselves by having access to a gun license, this would not be the case, trust me. Criminals pray on the defenseless, since the history of man and will continue to do so. In the 80s my mother use to walk with a license 22 in her purse, and she always felt safe and actually brandish it at least 3 times in a decade and would be criminals backed down as well as drunk retards.
Is killing justifiable to protect life and property?
HELL YEAH…..THIS IS THE PERFECT EXAMPLE…..KILL THIS SOB BECAUSE OUR COURT SYSTEM IS SCREWED TOO JUST LIKE THE GOVERNMENT.
