Minor alleges rape in a parking lot

Turning to the Magistrates Court, a local musician has been charged for allegedly raping a fourteen year old girl. The minor alleges that she was playing video games at the home of twenty-two year old Kevon Bardalez when he offered her a ride at around three p.m. last Friday. She says she went with Bardalez and a male friend, known to her only as “Rhaburn”, but instead of heading to her house, they took her to a parking lot off Campus Avenue. That’s where the story takes a disturbing turn. According to the minor, Rhaburn held her down while Bardalez raped her. He has been in police custody since Tuesday and this afternoon he was escorted to Magistrates Court, where he was read a charge of Rape. The arraignment took place en camera but information to News Five is that no plea was taken and Bardalez was remanded to the Belize Central Prison until February eighteenth. In court, Bardalez was unrepresented, but his family has sought legal advice from an attorney, who is seeking bail from the Supreme Court on his behalf.
No bail please, we do NOT like what he did. He is lucky the brothers of the victim are peaceful, or he could be castrated. If the girl have consented ok, no problem , but rape deserves castration. All you rapist out there, you better make sure you don`t rape the wrong female.
I hope she & her parents or guardian went to the Police immediately after this happened so that this prince & the fool who helped him can be convicted & sent to entertain Big Junior & his friends in jail.
In biblical times they would have castrated this dude. How the hell do you rape a female not matter her age when there are so many women out there your age who would willingly give you some if you just be yourself? This dude is disgusting if the allegation is indeed true.

Can somebody pls tell me why the taxi driver has not been charged for accessory to rape?
Was it a taxi or private vehicle used for the transportation?
Why was she alone with this man in his home?

Why are little girls hanging out at grown men house, you should be at home doing your homework or reading a book or learning how to clean, or anything constructive. Parents why are you allowing your your girls to hang out with grown men, you know these men are pigs they have no respect for themselves much less your daughters. Who does this young man live with? Let’s not forget that predators will use their children, siblings or anyone else as bait. Was this child on her way home from school & stopped by a friend’ or classmate’s house? At the end of this story they mentioned his family, this may have started at his family home. A 14 year old is still growing & not mature enough to consent legally.
Too many of our boys are under the illusion that they are irresistible & with their inflated egos & lack of guidance assume that it is okay to take what they want even if it is another human being’s life. My gut says one of these idiots videotaped it on his cell phone & they have done this before. I want the family who is thinking about hiring an attorney to ask themselves how many children in their family has this monster screwed, how many times have they covered for him & accused the girls of lying. This is the behavior of two predators & they shoukl be treated like any other rabid dog.

I am not condoning the men actions, but my question is why was she socializing with men in a house? Where was the mother, didn’t she taught her daughter to be careful and not to be alone with people she barely knows? Makes me wonder if they were drinking?

Men in Belize are sexual predators, and even today Women and minors continues to fall victims of these predators. Sadly, many of the older sexual predators have gotten away with un-reported rapes and murders in the past, and those rape cases that actually made it to court got swept under the mat by the court system in Belize, while a new generation of sexual predators quickly takes their place.
Kevon Bardalez uses his music status to lure victims into his hands, it is evil, it is wrong, and it is illegal and he should be sent to prison for the rest of his life along with his sick friend, Rhaburn.
From local musician like Kevon Bardalez, to high profile officials are committing this same act in Belize, but they keep getting away with it in Belize, why? Seem like everyone gradually lost contact with their personal morality and deterioration is slowly, but surely.
WHERE WAS THE MOTHER? In Belize no one ever ask, where was the father?
