Labor Department negotiate to pay former national Transport Bus Workers

On Tuesday the workers of the now defunct National Transport Limited, plan to assemble at the office of the Labour Department to collect their payments in lieu of termination of services. They were let go since early December 2010, when the company when into receivership. While they are pinning their hopes on Tuesday, there is a more positive report because a former employee of National Transport told News Five today that the Labour Department has agreed to negotiate the payment to all two hundred and seventy-five men who were sent home. The salaries have not been paid because documentation and employment records were missing for some of the workers.

I hope the Labour Department did not just fold to pressure & the threat of a lawsuit & they were able to verify that these employees were real & are not a part of the Novelo Brothers scam.
