San Pedro resident sent to Hattieville Prison on Murder Charge
Twenty-three year old Harrison Jacobs, a resident of San Pedro was today charged with the murder of Francis Figueroa, also known as Bejohn Wade, which occurred on the island in November, 2010. Jacobs, who was captured in Belize City, was arraigned in Magistrate Court number five on a single charge of murder. The body of twenty year old Francis Figueroa was discovered against a wall in the Boca del Rio area with what appeared to be a single gunshot wound to the left ear following a shooting incident. According to Cristobal Martinez, a resident of the area, he heard a single shot while he was inside his house. When he came out a few moments later, he saw Figueroa propped against the wall. San Pedro police believe that the victim was badly beaten, tortured, shot at close range and then left for dead in the area where he was found. In court today no plea was taken from Jacobs who was remanded to the Hattieville Prison until his next court appearance on March seventeenth.

at no cost to tax-payers
this is why prison should be hell on earth and not some vacation spot to get three meals. If they can’t handle it, give them an option for one bullet to the head. this man don’t fear justice that’s why he can spend time torturing a man before killing him.
