Camalote Villager alleges rape by her ex
A nineteen year old domestic worker from Camalote Village in the Cayo District was allegedly raped by her ex-common-law husband. The woman told police that she went to her ex’s house to pick up their child at around eight-forty-five on Tuesday night, but he told that the baby was asleep inside the bedroom. According to the victim, she was reluctant to go into the house, but he pulled her inside and began choking her. She claims she was then forced into the bedroom where they struggled until he placed a knife to her throat, threatening to kill her. That’s when the woman surrendered and her ex-common-law husband had sexual intercourse with her against her will.
