Brother now faces manslaughter for killing his brother

Fifty year old Jeremiah Pott pleaded not guilty to a charge of Grievous Harm last Thursday, after a fight that landed his brother, Fedencio Pott in a coma. Jeremiah told the court back then that when Fedencio woke up, they would work things out since the incident happened while they were both drunk. But that’s not going to happen because Fedencio passed away on Saturday at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital. So today, the charge against Jeremiah was upgraded to Manslaughter as opposed to murder, since it is not believed that he intended to kill his brother. Jeremiah now faces trial at the Supreme Court, but in the meantime, he is out on bail of ten thousand dollars, which was granted to allow him to deal with the loss of his brother. The siblings were drinking together in Bermudian Landing in the wee hours of March twenty-third when an argument turned physical. It ended when Fedencio was bashed on the head with a shovel and fell unconscious. He died after three days in a coma and Pathologist, Dr. Mario Estradabran, concluded that it was a result of bilateral hemorrhage due to head trauma. Pott has indicated that he will plead guilty when the case comes up at the Supreme Court.
Jail his @$$ and throw away the keys,dont blame it on the liquor, damn his own brother…..no harmony, full of greivance so the liquor brought out his rage he left behind the mirrow….
I feel bad for this man….Who hasn’t had an argument with a sibling. It sucks he had to shovel him in the head and he died…. His life will never be the same now.
this is nonesense. why drink when you know that the lcohol will control you rather than you control oneself. now he will regret killing his very own brother .
A sad situation all around & I hope their parents are not around to see the shame these men have brought to their family. I hope he stays sober during the wake.
