Musician drops video and ready to throw international hit

The headlines in April have been dominated by walls and bodies packed with slugs from illegal guns and ammunition.  Well, one Belize City musician has taken all the trials he has seen over the past five years and has translated them into music. M.I.K. is a member of the group Instruments of Love and he is introducing his latest music video to the country today.  In addition to releasing an album in May, M.I.K. says that he has a contract to sign with an international record label in the next couple of months.

so aside from this newscast where can we see the video? youtube? facebook? the local stations are scarcely gonna play it…i can tell u that as an artist myself who gave up on the idea of ever going commercial because of the unsupportive nature of local media houses.

i invite anyone to prove me otherwise and i will humbly apologize

This forum can tell a lot about our Belizean people. If you look at all the murders and other crimes, there are tons of post but go look at the positive news like this one, literally just a handful of people commented. We love negativity and that is the reason why the country is the way it is. Now people watch the news just to see who the latest murder victim is. So sad.Big up to this man and I hope all works out well for him. Jah bless!

If it bleeds, it leads. That’s news everywhere except in communist countries.
