Royal Wedding: Prince William ties the knot with his bride

An event that took tremendous planning and execution was the royal wedding.  It was seen around the world with an estimated two billion television viewers and many others tuned in online. Locally, the ceremony was aired live on this station starting at two a.m. due to the seven hour time difference. The future king of England, Prince William and his bride Catherine Middleton, said their “I dos” at the Westminster Abbey Coronation Church in London. And while the décor, the dress, the rings, the cake and everything in between were about meeting royal standards, at the heart of it all was a celebration of love. So for those who missed it, here’s a look back at the couple making their vows.

{Highlights from the Royal Wedding Ceremony…}

A repeat of the full wedding will be aired on Saturday at one o’clock p.m.
