American charged with sexual assault of a child living free in Belize

While Scott James Heinke escaped facing the courts in the United States by committing suicide, there is another U.S. national running from the law who has a different method of evading justice. According to the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office in Texas, a man going by the name of Sayeed Jaffer Koya is wanted for Sexual Assault of a Child. Similarly to the last three fugitives, Jaffer Joya is currently in the Corozal district, but unlike the others, he isn’t hiding. According to sources, he is currently the proprietor of the New City Lights Guest House in Corozal Town. Tonight he is a free man because after he was arrested, it became clear that he was the holder of a valid Belizean passport. So Jaffer Joya was released from custody. It remains unclear about what sort of vetting process was carried out that allowed a fugitive on sexual assault charges of a minor, to apply for and receive Belizean citizenship.
Shame on our Immigration System for allowing a wanted American Fugitive to aquire Belizean Citizenship.This would definately not happen in America.
Why question the vetting process, we all know that money will make the ones who are not illiterate, go blind. I also have to wonder how many children have been molested by these perverts & parents paid off to keep quiet.

Belizean Citizens are been deported from the US on a daily bases for minor infractions,While our leaders in the Jewel reward American fugitives with Belizean Citizinship.Then we wonder why the Jewel is been used as a safe heaven by foreign fugitives.
Is BELIZE LISTED somewhere as HEAVEN FOR AMERICAN FUGITIVES?????
Ok!One too many real belizean citizens get’s sent back to the U.S.,and jailed for crimes they committed in the U.S.,or was merely said they committed there.So if the Barrow administration want’s to show real accountability,then let’s revoke his citizenship,because of fraud,like many other chinese that purchased their pasport,then deported back to their country on origin.These are some of the people that is tearing the fabric of my once beautiful country,we dont know what kind of background some of these people came from,let’s just stop worrying about who is riding their bike’s up the one way street,and take care of the real issues at hand.
He shall be sent back to texas by BLZ GOV, we shuld’nt allow those people in our country .Am wondering if he is molesting kids in BLZ. BLZ laws, please take this kind of people out ,please.
It doesn’t really matter the goverment can alway revoke his citizenship and send his @$$ back to the states . So lets see what they will do .
Why is Mr Barrow and Associates trying to extradite Mr Fuller who is a born Belizean back to the US for a murder that he supposedly committed some twenty years ago,and yet protecting this pedophile who is a naturalized Belizean from been deported back to his country of origin?
