YES If belize wants to grow it’s economy independently belizeans need to learn simple basic agriculture. If 95% of Belize territory is filled with corn crop which can be exported belize would be an eye opener just like brazil is to the new world order look what drives their car….CORN should i say more THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX BELIZE AND DON’T GOSSIP INSIDE THE BOX
Hell yeah! And some of the decisions made by some in responsible positions do not help! There has to be a rethinking of our policies regarding progress. There is no magic wand that can be waved and everything gets better. Progress has to be incremental! One day at a time. Look at this question: How do you eat an elephant? Generally we look at the size of an elephant with relation to the size of a bite and think that it is impossible! The answer is one bite at a time!
DUH!
Have you ever seen a Rich Farmer ??? NO
We just need enough farmers to feed the country.
Get of the farming bandwagon and try to do as the Japanese, South Koreans, or other prosperous nations.
High unemployment is hard on a society & even harder on the unemployed. Take a look at what other countries with similar climate & resources are doing & use what we can to create new industries. In Southeast Asia, they are exporting shredded coconut husk which is used in planters as a form of decoration & peat moss, we have clay, make our own bricks, there is machinery available that can be used to convert the agricultural waste we now burn. Nationalize our oil, use the profits to make our country self sufficient, then make the investors whole, no one should be able to draw more blood money while our people are suffering.
