Hi I’m Arielle, and this is “what’s happening Belize!” Did you enjoy your Labor Day weekend? Well I sure did.

It’s Fair time…The Saint Martin De Porres School will be having its annual Mother’s Day Fair this Saturday May 7th from 3 to 9 pm, at the school grounds corner Partridge and Vernon Streets. Come and purchase that gift for mom or bring out the children to have lots of fun. There will be plenty of foods and drinks and lots of games to play, come have good clean fun in a safe environment whilst supporting a worthy cause………………….

The Rotary Club of Belize Sunrise is continuing its life-long campaign to provide Educational Opportunities to Belize’s Less Fortunate in order to bring the Port Loyola Library Project to full completion and fund other upcoming social projects. Twice a day, 1:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. for four days, at no cost whatsoever, Belizean audiences will get a chance to journey into the heart of Haiti and see it through the eyes and lens of Haitian filmmakers…

The Special on Haitian Films is a compilation organized by the Traveling Caribbean film showcase who are in solidarity with Haiti and Haitian filmmakers after the massive earthquake devastated the already poverty ridden country in January, 2010………….
