Jaime Hendrick Smith charged for double murder

A lone gunman unleashed a barrage of bullets at a group of friends on Antelope Street on May twentieth, leaving two men dead and three others injured. Police believe that brazen shooter, was twenty-four year old Jaime Hendrick Smith, of Raccoon Street Extension. Smith was arrested this morning and has been charged with two counts of Murder and three counts each of Attempted Murder and Use of Deadly Means of Harm. Eighteen year old Eric Arana was shot at least eight times on the abdomen, chest, arm, back, and buttocks; he died on the spot. Meanwhile, twenty-one year old Dwayne Tillett succumbed while undergoing treatment for gunshot wounds to his chest and the side of his back. Nineteen year old Khiry Haulze, twenty-one year old Juvanna Gillett and twenty-seven year old Karen Rivers were also injured in the shooting.
