60 year old taxi driver arrested for touching 9 year old girl

A sixty year old taxi driver has joined the prison population for allegedly fondling a nine year old girl. The child has reported that on June fifth, Godfrey Mortis took her into his house, kissed her neck and touched her inappropriately. Mortis was arraigned today on a single charge of Aggravated Assault of an Indecent Nature. He pleaded not guilty, but the Prosecutor Sergeant Hector Rodriguez objected to bail on the grounds that the crime is increasingly prevalent and Mortis might interfere with the victim. Chief Magistrate Margaret McKenzie remanded him to the Belize Central Prison until June twenty-eighth.
Lock his @!$$ up & have his new roommates teach him the ropes. Where were her parents & at what point do we tell our children not to trust strangers. If he is a member of her family, thanks Mom for not folding to pressure & turning this worthless prince in.

The way I heard it the from the Child”s sister the mother is the one selling the kids for money to drink n smoke. This is not the first child she has done this with.Social Services need to look into this fast n take away these kids. Then lock up the mother n throw away the key.

@cindy, this child is 9 years old. Even if she stood in front of a 60 year old butt naked, he should have enough human decency to not try to F her. Even in the animal kingdom, we do not see adults trying to hump their babies.
