Dangriga woman almost killed in domestic dispute

There was a violent domestic dispute in Dangriga over the weekend and a woman was seriously injured. At around twenty minutes after three on Sunday morning, police found twenty-one year old Felicia Kratzer lying inside her house at the corner of Pen and Melinda Roads with large cut wounds on her neck, right thumb, right arm and the right side of her face. A knife, covered in blood, was also found when police searched the house. The cops have since learned that Kratzer had an altercation with her common-law-husband Edgar Perez, who is believed to have inflicted the wounds on her. Investigations continue and Kratzer is currently in a stable condition at the Southern Regional Hospital.
