Sudden death is the case, but circumstances suspicious
Police visited the Western Regional Hospital on July thirteenth where they saw the lifeless body of Manuel Antonio Juarez, a laborer of Camalote Village, Cayo District. Officers observed no signs of physical violence on the body but an ongoing police investigation has revealed that on July eleventh, Juarez was drinking with friends in Unitedville Village and was involved in a fight with three men. After the ruckus was over, Juarez complained to his father about a pain in his back. The police has not revealed how or under what circumstances he died, whether on the way to the hospital or at another location. The police are not treating it as murder and are awaiting the results of the post mortem to determine the cause of death.

So why speculate that it’s a sudden death.
