“Red Ants” free from exposure accusation
Sixty-eight year old Albert Garbutt, also known as “Red Ants” was charged back in April for exposing himself to a seventeen year old girl. He was released on bail back then, but today Garbutt is a free man because the teenager decided not to pursue further action. So the charge of Aggravated Assault of an Indecent Nature was withdrawn. After he got the good news, Garbutt said that he never exposed himself to the minor. He says he was simply urinating behind a house on Pick Stock Street when the girl walked by and saw him.

This is one of the reasons why there is a need for laws or enforcement of laws regarding public urination in Belize but then of course there are many things wrong with the legal system in Belize. Remember My Legacy B4 My People.
Making laws is very easy providing services is much harder! You cannot make laws if you do not give the public a means of abiding by those laws. Urination is a very normal bodily function that we should all do several times per day and many more time per day if you are an older person.
For example how can you tell the public do not litter and do not provide and maintain a means for the public to dispose of waste. So if you get my drift then who will provide where for people to urinate before you make your law so when the law goes into effect the service is in place?
