Kimberly Oshon busted for firearm
In Magistrate’s Court today, Fullers Alley resident Kimberly Oshon pleaded not guilty to charges of keeping a firearm and ammunition without a gun license. The twenty-seven year old woman was detained at around twenty minutes after nine o’clock on Friday night on Cemetery Road. She then led the cops to an area behind a fence where a point thirty-eight revolver with three live rounds of ammunition was recovered. In court, Magistrate Roberto Ordonez told Oshon that he could not offer her bail and she has been remanded until her next court appearance on September twentieth, 2011. There are reports that Oshon was seen chasing an unidentified man on Cemetery Road during which a shot was fired. That incident, however, has not been formally reported to police.
