Police looking for suspects that shot guards at Atlantic Bank

Tonight Ladyville police remain on the hunt for three men who attempted to rob the village’s branch of Atlantic Bank on Monday afternoon.  The incident which resulted in two security officers getting shot was caught on surveillance camera.  Sometime before two o’clock, three armed men entered the premises when a pair of guards, namely Ion McBean and Dalton Watler, sprang into action.  A scuffle ensued and several gunshots were fired, injuring McBean in the upper right leg while Watler was grazed by a bullet in the back of his head.  The men then escaped in what has since been described as a Toyota Corolla which they subsequently abandoned in the Vista del Mar area.  The trio, it was said, later fled by boat.  While no cash was taken during the heist the robbers made off with the service weapons issued to the officers.  Police are still looking for three suspects in connection with the incident.  Meanwhile McBean and Watler remain in stable condition.

Personally, I believe an attempt to kill is the same as a murder. When they are caught, give them a fair and impartial conviction, then HANG THEM.

I’ll pull the trap myself. It’s the only way the Jewel will be resurrected into a country for decent families.
